As part of our WAU Theme, 'Home Sweet Home,' Year 4 visited the Ulster American Folk Park! We learned so much about what life was like in the past as we made the journey from 1800s Ireland to America. We compared and contrasted houses past and present, and learned that people were very inventive in the olden days! We investigated many old household objects that made life easier. Most of us prefer our modern amenities, but it was fun to travel back in time for the day!
