BBC ‘Two Minute Tales’ Competiition Finalist
Congratulations to Ronan O’ Donnell (P7GMC) who was shortlisted in the BBC Radio Ulster’s creative writing competition.
Ronan’s piece was one of three selected, from thousands of entries. Ronan’s story, entitled ‘Unlikely Friends’ tells a beautiful story of how a hedgehog and a robin become unlikely friends during the season of Winter.
Ronan’s story was recentlyread on the radio on the week leading up to Christmas.
He also has had his story illustrated, framed and presented to him by the competition organisers.
We are delighted Ronan’s hard work and creative ideas paid off and have been recognised in such a prestigious competition. What an achievement to be one of the three finalists, out of so many entries.
Well done to Ronan on his impressive achievement.
